3 and 5-wire assemblies are encased in 4” food-safe pick. Paper-coated wires are not food-safe. Please do not disassemble and stick wires directly into food. Keep them encased in their food-safe picks. Wires cut easily with scissors. Wafer attaches easily with a tiny dab of water.
