All edible wafer cutouts are made with kosher, vegan, gluten-free premium wafer paper made from potato starch, olive oil, and water. The coloring I use is food grade, dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, and FDA compliant, and passes all food safety tests.

Although the ingredients are nut-free and kosher, my products are not made in a kosher, nut-free facility.

Each set of flair is handmade and made to order.

Wafer paper has an extraordinarily long shelf life. For best results, please keep your flair in its sealed package at room temperature until ready to use. A little water works well to attach wafer to wafer, but if you add too much then the wafer will dissolve. Attach to your creations using a little dab of icing, frosting, corn syrup, or warm chocolate. Do not refrigerate, as the moisture will ruin your product. The “edible glues” that are sold will also dissolve the wafer and make it brittle.PLEASE VIEW ALL PHOTOS AND PAY PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO SIZING. Every cutout should have dimensions listed and a photo with cutouts on a sizing grid.

Please verify your address when ordering. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. Once the packages leave our hands, shipping is out of our control. If packages are returned, the customer will be required to pay for new shipping costs.


I CANNOT guarantee arrival dates, including those for Priority Mail or Express Mail and even for UPS. I can guarantee when the package will be taken to the post office, but beyond that the shipping process is out of my control. Refunds will not be given for delayed packages.
